FCPS Offers E-Mail Updates to Parents, Community
Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is offering
a new e-mail update service for parents, students, and community
members interested in receiving timely information from the
school system. You can quickly and easily sign up at https://fcps.medianext.com/herndonms/start.html,
the new e-mail service
can be tailored
to subscribers' interests.
By signing up, subscribers
can register to receive the information they want, such as
emergency announcements, including school closures due to
inclement weather; information about individual schools; budget
information; legislative updates; the Familygram newsletter;
the Fine Tuning cable programming guide; the monthly calendar;
press releases; School Board business meeting agendas and
summaries; and forms for emergency care, enrollment, physicals,
and authorization for medication. Subscribers can also request
information about specific FCPS programs and services. Accounts
can be updated any time, and subscribers can unsubscribe at
any time. Only the information selected by the subscribers
will be e-mailed to them. |
