offered by our State PTA and National PTA.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How do I join the Herndon Middle School PTA?
Complete the Membership
Form (pdf format) and attach a check for $10, made payable to
HMS PTA, and mail it to HMS PTA, 901 Locust Street, Herndon, VA
20170 or have your child drop it off at the main office. A portion
of the dues supports local, state, and national PTA dues.

Now I'm a member. What happens next?
There are many ways to become involved in the Herndon Middle
School PTA.
- Attend PTA meetings to learn about activities that are currently
being planned, find out information from our school administrators,
voice your opinion on a variety of topics, vote on current
issues, and elect board members.
- Volunteer your time and skills.
- Consider taking an even more active
role – ever
thought about being a board member or committee chairperson?
- Ask
a current board member what it takes.
